Welcome to LUQUINA 360

By booking or participating in any experience offered by LUQUINA 360, travelers agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, respectful and enjoyable experience for both travelers and local community members.

Reservations

  • All reservations are managed directly through our official WhatsApp communication channel.
  • Reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed once the required deposit or payment has been received.
  • LUQUINA 360 reserves the right to decline or cancel reservations when necessary for operational or safety reasons.

Payments

  • Payment details and available payment methods are shared directly during the reservation process.
  • Depending on the selected experience, a deposit or partial payment may be required to secure the booking.
  • The remaining balance, if applicable, must be completed before the experience begins.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the experience may receive a refund of the deposit minus transaction fees.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days before arrival are non-refundable.
  • Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
  • In situations involving extreme weather conditions, transportation restrictions or force majeure events, LUQUINA 360 reserves the right to modify, postpone or reschedule activities for safety reasons.

Responsible Travel

LUQUINA 360 promotes respectful, sustainable and community-based tourism. Guests are expected to:

  • Respect local traditions and customs
  • Respect community members and local families
  • Protect the natural environment
  • Avoid excessive waste and pollution
  • Follow safety instructions provided by guides and hosts

Any disrespectful behavior that negatively affects the community or the experience may result in immediate cancellation of participation without refund.

Health & Altitude

All activities take place at high altitude, approximately 3,800 meters above sea level. Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to participate in the selected activities. We strongly recommend arriving in Puno at least one day before the experience for proper acclimatization.

Weather & Activities

Lake and outdoor activities may vary depending on weather conditions and safety considerations. LUQUINA 360 reserves the right to adjust itineraries or activities when necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of travelers and local communities.

Personal Belongings

Travelers are responsible for their belongings during transportation, activities, and accommodation. LUQUINA 360 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

Photography & Media

During experiences, photos and videos may occasionally be taken for promotional and marketing purposes. If a traveler prefers not to appear in photographs or media content, please inform our team in advance.

Transportation

Travelers may arrive in Luquina by private car or public transportation from the city of Puno. Transportation included within experiences will depend on the selected package and itinerary.

Liability

LUQUINA 360 operates as a community-based tourism experience and takes all reasonable precautions to provide safe and enjoyable activities. However, participation in outdoor, lake, and cultural activities is voluntary and undertaken at the traveler's own responsibility.
