About this experience
The legendary Lake Titicaca circuit, done the authentic way: sail from Puno to the floating Uros reed islands, walk Taquile Island with its UNESCO-recognized master weavers, then cross by boat to sleep in the community of Luquina Chico with Yonel and his mother Cefererina. Instead of a rotating homestay, you get a private room with hot water, home-cooked meals and a real Aymara family. All inclusive: boat, entrance fees, meals and return to Puno.

DAY 1
Uros, Taquile and arrival in Luquina Chico
Boat from Puno to the floating Uros reed islands, then on to Taquile Island: stone paths, master weavers and lunch facing the lake. In the afternoon we cross to Luquina Chico, where Yonel and mother Cefererina welcome you home. Sunset at the K'añicristo viewpoint and family dinner.

DAY 2
Aymara farm life and farewell
Lakeside breakfast, a morning in the farm fields by season, herding with Bernardo the donkey and a spinning and weaving workshop with mother Cefererina. Farewell lunch and return to Puno.

Luquina 360 is run by our own Aymara family in the community of Luquina Chico. You'll share our home, the farm, sheep herding with Bernardo the donkey and the home cooking of Yonel and his mother Cefererina.
