A Day with Our Family

If you're taking the train to Cusco or the bus to Arequipa tonight, spend a full day in our home in the community of Luquina Chico with Yonel and his mother Cefererina: farm fields, animals, a big family lunch facing Titicaca and a lakeside walk. You're back in Puno in time to continue your trip.
Uros Reed Islands & Luquina
Visit the floating reed islands away from the commercial route and sleep on solid ground with our family. You arrive by land at our home in the community of Luquina Chico, Chucuito Peninsula, where Yonel and his mother Cefererina welcome you for farm life, herding and sunset.
