About this experience
Visit the floating reed islands away from the commercial route and sleep on solid ground with our family. You arrive by land at our home in the community of Luquina Chico, Chucuito Peninsula, where Yonel and his mother Cefererina welcome you for farm life, herding and sunset. The next day, from Luquina's own shore, we sail in a traditional boat to Uros Titino, far from Puno's crowded docks. A favorite of families and first-time Titicaca visitors.

DAY 1
Arrival by land and afternoon with the family
You arrive by land in Luquina Chico. Home-cooked lunch by mother Cefererina, an afternoon in the farm fields and herding with Bernardo the donkey, lakeside sunset and family dinner.

DAY 2
Traditional boat to Uros Titino
After breakfast we leave from Luquina's shore in a traditional boat to the floating islands of Uros Titino. Yonel stays with you as you learn how families build their reed islands. We return home for lunch, then you head back to Puno.

Luquina 360 is run by our own Aymara family in the community of Luquina Chico. You'll share our home, the farm, sheep herding with Bernardo the donkey and the home cooking of Yonel and his mother Cefererina.
Transport (paid separately)
To give you freedom and the best price, the transfer between Puno and our home is chosen and paid separately, so you never pay for something you don't need.
