The following policies outline the booking process, cancellation terms, and general recommendations to ensure you have a safe and memorable experience with us.

Reservations

  • All reservations are managed directly through our official WhatsApp communication channel.
  • To confirm availability and personalize the experience, travelers are encouraged to contact us in advance before booking.
  • A deposit or partial payment may be required to secure the reservation depending on the selected experience.

Payment Policy

  • Payments can be completed through agreed payment methods shared via WhatsApp communication.
  • The remaining balance, if applicable, must be completed before the experience begins.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible Cancellation:

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the experience: Refundable deposit minus transaction fees.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days before arrival: Non-refundable deposit.
  • Same-day cancellations and no-shows: Non-refundable.
  • In case of extreme weather conditions or force majeure situations affecting safety, LUQUINA 360 reserves the right to modify or reschedule activities.

Responsible Travel

LUQUINA 360 promotes respectful and sustainable tourism experiences. Guests are kindly asked to:

  • Respect local traditions and customs
  • Protect the natural environment
  • Interact respectfully with community members
  • Support responsible tourism practices

Health, Altitude & Navigation

  • Altitude: Activities take place at approximately 3,800 meters above sea level. We recommend travelers arrive in Puno at least one day before the experience to acclimatize properly.
  • Weather: Lake activities and navigation schedules may vary depending on weather and safety conditions. The safety and well-being of travelers and local families are always our priority.

Recommendations & Personal Belongings

Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings during activities and transportation. We recommend carrying only essential items during excursions and lake navigation.

We suggest bringing:

  • Warm clothing for cold nights
  • Sunscreen and sunglasses
  • Comfortable walking shoes
  • Water bottle
  • Camera
  • Personal medication if necessary
